The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean, and being close to everything made it very convenient; we absolutely enjoyed celebrating our 20th anniversary here. The showers lack full doors, so it was a bit hard to shower without getting the floor wet, but I think all showers in Italy are like this and we managed to adjust.

I liked the reception staff and the location of the hotel, which was comfortable and close to everything; very good. We didn't like the bed because, although it was comfortable, it split in the middle, and the towels were forgotten so we were left without them, and the coffee had very few fruit options.

It was my second stay at this hotel; the location, the staff, everything is just wonderful, and I recommend this hotel with all my heart.
