I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but it was hard to appreciate that when the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy, but it wasn't enough to make up for the lack of service.

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful, even when I had a few issues with my room. The location is also a major plus - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're close to all the main attractions. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit of a letdown. There were some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall it's still a decent place to stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly option.

I was really looking forward to trying the hotel's restaurant, but unfortunately, it was closed for renovations. The staff did their best to make up for it, and the room was clean and comfortable, but it was a major letdown not being able to enjoy the food. On the bright side, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't available, but overall it was a decent stay.

Location of Hotel as it was near my Exam Centre. Restaurant was also beside the hotel. 1.Receptionist charged Rs.300 more for early check-in as I reached there at 7:30 AM which was not acceptable 2.Wifi was not working for me as it was out of range from my room. 3.For Family this room was not comfortable at all as it was just beside the reception and not clean as I wanted

This hotel was a total hit with our family - everyone absolutely loved it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We were all really impressed with how welcoming and accommodating they were, and we can't wait to come back and stay here again.
