Great place to start your Sri Lanka adventure, reasonable price for a ac room with bathroom. Excellent breakfast, really delicious, opt for the Sri Lankan breakfast, you won't regret it. Friendly family run place. All good!

The spot’s great, especially the breakfast and the pool, and the AC keeps things cool, but there’s a lack of hot water that could use improvement.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us plan trips and pick meals; the breakfast was hearty and the pool spotlessly clean, so we’re eager to return and would tell others to stay.

“Great value, lovely family, great location and comfy bed”

I found the value solid, the family vibe welcoming, the location convenient, and the bed super comfy; I’d definitely suggest it for anyone passing through Sri Lanka, especially since I booked a transfer with them and the driver took us and my friends to Sigiriya two days later. The pool was fantastic, though another sun lounger would have made it even better—nothing major though.

The location is handy near the airport and there are plenty of eateries nearby, but the rooms lack soundproofing, so you’ll need earplugs to sleep.
