The location and friendly owner were highlights, but the property felt very dated, warm, and dusty.

It was right in the main centre of Den Bosch, which I liked.

The location in the middle of the shopping street and the friendly host were positives, but the place was very dated and felt like a student house; the low price for the location was a plus, yet coffee and tea in the room would have been welcome, and a shared toilet was unacceptable. The building has real potential, the rooms are very spacious, and we believe something beautiful could be made out of it.
