The location was close to the seafront, but breakfast was included in the price and I never saw any breakfast offered.

The hotel is in a central spot, but there was no Wi‑Fi, we asked for extra towels and they had none, there was no shampoo or body wash, the staff didn’t speak English and communication was impossible, so it wasn’t worth the money.

The place was in a great spot, very welcoming and beautiful; the owners offered breakfast, the people were very helpful and friendly, and I will definitely come back.

“Buona solo la posizione”

The location was excellent, just steps from the waterfront and the pedestrian zone, but the room description was misleading and unclear; Franco’s house is a villa split into three parts, and the spaces that were supposed to be garages were turned into rooms with only a door that also served as a window. Luckily I was given one of the house rooms and not a converted garage. It was tiny, a bedroom that had a bunk bed that didn’t even allow the dresser to open. The only outlet in the room was already connected to the TV and the air‑conditioner; the bedside lamps were battery‑powered. The AC was dirty, the bathroom was dated, the sink tap dripped, and the shower was broken. The description also claimed private parking, but there was only a public parking lot in front where you can easily find a spot; if it says private it must be. The breakfast was also disappointing: a single croissant, a coffee or a bottle of bottled tea from a discount store – that’s not a breakfast. Franco tries to be friendly, but some jokes are out of line. I paid a lot for a service that was not up to par.

The location was good, but the room was tiny, cleanliness was poor, and the bathroom was awful with a sewage smell; towels were fine and came with a welcome set. For the price I expected a lot more.
