I spent two nights at Hotel Franca in Pljevlja from Oct 23–25, got a friendly team, great communication, a late check‑in, an upgrade to a roomy suite, and free breakfast, making it a fantastic stay I’d highly recommend.

The air conditioner didn’t work all the time during my stay. There was a minibar, but it also wasn’t working. Nothing was taken care of at all. No breakfast was available.

There was at least a bed in the room, but arriving on Sunday I found no staff because they were off that day; the shower still had hair left by the previous guest, the room key was left where anyone could grab it on Sunday, and the air‑conditioner turned on at night making a noise like a plane taking off. No housekeeping was provided, though the shop stayed open until 21:00 so I could buy toilet paper. This place is far from four‑star quality, feeling more like a youth hostel or motel, and checkout had to be by 10:00 am even though staff were busy preparing breakfast.

It worked well for a quick getaway in Trup, but the staff seemed a little inexperienced.
