Ubicación cerca de barrio gótico y metro. Personal amable dispuesto a ayudar. No servía el elevador, puede afectar a personas que llevan mucho equipaje

Bedroom was adequate, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay there again. The inside of the lift doors looked very dirty, and felt greasy. They really should be cleaned every day with so many people touching them. That is our only criticism
