“Tropical feel”

The view from the beach was amazing, with turquoise water. The property itself was exceptional, though it was a bit pricey during the season. The army of engineers working on the beach was a real nuisance.

“Not 5 star”

The location was perfect and the valet team was incredible, but housekeeping failed to clean our rooms daily as promised. The decor looked unchanged from before the hurricane, so it definitely isn’t a 5‑star place; they’re pushing too hard to be 5‑star and just don’t make it. I’d rate it about a 3. When friends came to visit, they had to check in, and my daughter was looking for a coffee drink that was on the menu but apparently the ingredients were missing, so the staff wouldn’t make it. She got it the day before and the day after with a different employee. The food was honestly pretty good. I loved room service, but the server smelled like high‑heaven pot, which was unprofessional and disgusting. They no longer let locals enjoy a day at the beach and pool with food and drinks like before. Summer should be interesting with local support.

The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. I’ve been having a communication issue with the staff about an item I left in my room, and no one bothered to call me back after I called several times. I expected more from such a high‑end property. The communication was horrible.

“Good but Jupiter is expensive”

The hotel is good, but the beach was lacking.
