The hotel is close to the city center, but the TV was lacking.

Room with a balcony, very good, magnificent breakfast, excellent location, cost-benefit spectacular. I will stay again, family-friendly, service 10/10. The only downside is parking, but the street is quiet so I can leave it in front.

I liked the breakfast and that it was very close to Serra Negra’s center. The bed and mattresses were very uncomfortable, and there was no small rug in the room or bathroom for us to change after showering on the cold ceramic floor. There was no intercom or phone in the room to contact reception. My room was next to the elevator, so the noise from the elevator was huge and disturbed my sleep. Couples in another room talked loudly at night, and I couldn’t complain because there was no phone in the room to reach reception. Another thing I didn’t like was the hotel not allowing pets, yet I saw guests with dogs inside, which I find unfair because many dog owners today don’t train their pets and let them roam freely, even climbing onto the reception sofa as I saw happen. Finally, every time I left the hotel I had to leave the room key where I was staying, which felt very uncomfortable because it took away our freedom to come and go. Once, when I asked for the key at reception during one of my departures, the staff asked my name suspiciously, as if they didn’t think I was the guest.

“Vista linda para as montanhas”

Great location, airy rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains, and a good breakfast. No parking.
