The room was not clean, with mold and mildew in the shower and a sticky floor. The staff were rude and would not refund me or offer a clean room for us to move to.

The staff were A-1 and the establishment was clean.

Clean and super nice staff. Room was nice. Did not care for breakfast selection. Out of bread for toast. Out of waffle batter. No water to drink. AC unit made a terrible loud noise. They were able to switch our room. Stayed 2 nights. The 2nd night, our tv was acting up and unwatchable. Beings it was our last night and we were tired when we got in, we just went to sleep. Same problem with it the next morning. Not sure what that was about. Could have been internet or wi-fi? Just reported it upon checkout and hopefully they got that fixed
