“will not stay at this location again”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bennie the transportation from parking area and other sites, very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Thanks Again Bennie !!!. Overall room was very disappointing, not as pictured - wow the pictures made it look very nice. We arrived at 4:00 and our room was not ready for 30-45 minutes. Talking with other guests this seem to be an ongoing issue

“Personally, I liked the hotel. But, for the features of the room itself, it was way overpriced.”

The location and the ambience of the hotel. I also liked the security of the locked parking area for our motorcycles. A/C unit constantly cycling on and off. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low

“Good location if you want to be in the center of Eureka Springs. Short drive to the Passion Play”

Historic, right in the center of town. The parking was far away and you had to call for a shuttle (we didn’t, we walked instead but it was a hilly walk)

“Loved the hotel, real downer about the lack of hot water”

Beautiful Hotel and great location. We had no hot water for the shower
