I had a decent stay, but a thief on the stairs outside the entrance was a real issue, and the air‑conditioning in the two‑person capsule was dirty and didn’t work properly.

“Poco descanso, ruido y mala ubicación”

The only good thing is that the accommodation allows self‑check‑in, though that system also has major drawbacks. The stay was quite disappointing: the location is poor and the noise makes it difficult to sleep peacefully. Lack of on‑site staff makes the place feel impersonal and any problem harder to solve. Customer service is also lacking, especially due to zero flexibility. The value for money doesn’t match what’s offered. I wouldn’t repeat it or recommend it.

“Mala ubicación, ruido y una atención al cliente muy mejorable.”

I couldn’t find anything worth mentioning. The overall experience fell far short of my expectations, with no benefits to offset the accommodation’s shortcomings. The location is inconvenient, and the place is noisy, making it hard to rest. No on‑site staff gives a sense of neglect and complicates any issue resolution. Customer service is disappointing: after reporting a work problem and requesting early cancellation of future bookings, there was no flexibility or willingness to offer a solution. In short, a disappointing experience I would not recommend.

“Nem chegou a acontecer, não caiam nessa.”

Nada, não conseguiram atender a gente. Mesmo fazendo a reserva com quase um ano de antecedencia, na hora que chegamos disseram que a hospedagem não tinha lugares para a gente e que eles nos redirecionariam para outra unidade deles. Mas lendo as avaliações desse outro local, todas era relatando o quão sujo e insalubre era o local, os colchões eram infláveis e a hospedagem era completamente insegura para mulheres. Por conta disso não quisemos arriscar, e por fim não quiseram estornar o nosso dinheiro. NÃO CAIAM NESSA!. Nada, não conseguiram atender a gente. “Overall, the stay is fine, all the visitors stayed there were so quiet. And cleaness is just fine.”

The price to stay in Madrid was great. Checking in was difficult; you have to send the passport document 24 hours before check‑in or near the 2 pm check‑in time, and then they send you the code to enter the hostel. It’s entirely remote. The capsule is a bit smaller than I expected but acceptable. The USB charger inside the capsule didn’t work, so everyone had to charge their electronics in the big room with only a few wall chargers. They only have three small shower stalls without clothes hanging, which is inconvenient. Overall, the stay is fine; all the visitors stayed there kept quiet. The cleanliness of the capsule room and shower is just okay.
