“Comfortable, relax and excellent breakfast”

Breakfast was surprisingly great, though I never expected it to be Italian cuisine—I had assumed it would be Japanese half‑board. The Wi‑Fi in my room was weak, so I had to move to the main area to get work done.

The place was incredible and relaxing, with a very professional and considerate staff. We were lucky enough to have breakfast overlooking Mount Fuji, and the shuttle to and from Gora was very convenient.

“Our favourite spot in Japan.”

The hotel sits high on a hillside with outstanding views, and the facilities are beautiful with high‑end fixtures. The service was incredible.

“Fantastic service”

I loved the location and facilities. It was definitely a remote location, which was exactly what we wanted. Nothing around, just forest and nature. The private hot spring on the balcony was amazing, and soaked multiple times during our stay. The dinner service was top notch, as well as the massages. The beds were large and comfortable. The room was very spacious. I hate to criticize, but I would say it would be nice to have more pillows. They originally provided one each, and did give us one more when we asked for two (language barrier?). The pillows were on the flat side (I prefer larger pillows to support my arm and legs for a side lying position, due to injuries). Also, the air conditioning in the room could work a little better, I was so glad I had my small fan with me

“Grandioos verblijf”

A grandiose stay right in the middle of nature with all the luxury provided! The food was exquisite and everything was considered. Every staff member deserves a big pat on the back; they understand what hospitality really means!
