Everything good but the extra bed is uncomfortable. You can’t sleep on it.

Overall fine, but there are some nuances that could be improved. The main thing is cleanliness, it’s really clean! We were three, but the room only had two towel sets even though it was a room for four. Also there was no drinking water in the room, even though glasses were present. I didn’t like that at the entrance there’s a clock showing the time in Russia – be prepared for that. At reception the girl took a long time to check us in, didn’t know English – that also complicates communication.

The mattresses were hard, the breakfast was poor, and there was no real breakfast room.

The hotel is usually very good: clean, comfortable, quiet, and the lady who runs it is lovely!
