The facilities and the food were good, but the quality of the liquor and cocktails was low; when there was an event the bar got very crowded and the staff couldn't keep up, leading to long lines that were not ideal for a vacation. They should charge for entry to the disco‑bar, and with a 5‑night stay they only offered 2 à la carte dinners when they should have provided 5.

They never liked it, never provided anything to keep the room, and never cleaned, nor did they bring snacks or towels.

The pool and the food were great, but the drinks were limited and of poor quality, and the bartender at the bar near the reception was very rude and ill‑mannered, especially at night.
