The room was nicely furnished and spacious. Even though Termini station is reachable on foot, it was very quiet. Agnes is a great host. I will come back!

The room was spacious with a small kitchen and fridge. The location near Termini was good and the price‑quality ratio was also fine. The air‑conditioning works but is limited.

The room was clean but small, on the sixth floor. Near the entrance, just a few meters from the house entrance, there's a trash bin with a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable. Our room was hot, there was no air‑conditioning, so we slept with the window open and heard street noise.

The location, the friendliness of our hostess, the very good bedding, the essential air‑conditioning, and the equipment of the accommodation. Nothing negative.

“Nice clean, well equipped room close to Termini Train Ststion”

It was nice to have an espresso machine and coffee kits, plus a fridge, kettle, and toaster. The bed was great and the room was a good size. We loved the two comfy armchairs and the little table. It can be noisy because it's a busy street. If it's warm you need to keep the windows open since there's no air‑conditioning; ear plugs are a must. The neighborhood is a bit rough with lots of graffiti, but we had zero problems.
