The location and cleanliness were good, but the host charged us €10 more than the booking listed without justification, had no cash on hand, and couldn't provide a receipt. The early breakfast we had arranged was refused at check‑in, and the next day we were given no breakfast even though it was included. The host doesn't speak basic English, making communication impossible even with a translator. The balcony doors won't close, letting in loud street noise and sounds from other rooms, and a flickering smoke detector in the room makes it impossible to sleep.
