Finecamp Guesthouse and Surf

A fantastic spot with a laid‑back surfing vibe, and the owners are incredibly friendly. It’s very close to the surf spots in Aoshima, so it’s definitely worth it. Everything was great.

“Perfect spot for a surfing vacation! Welcomed right into the family”

I absolutely loved staying here! Emi and her family were very welcoming and went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook and eat in was a bonus. Riding bikes with surfboards to the beach every day was a blast, and I felt part of the surfing community. We even went on group outings and shared meals together. I can’t wait to return and stay longer! If you’re not into surfing, the house is a bit far from other activities and restaurants, as it’s in a quiet neighborhood.

The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the beach is close enough that renting a bicycle makes surfing a real pleasure. When the waves are bad, you can cycle around nearby attractions, which is great. The outdoor shower is hot, and shampoo, face wash, and other supplies are provided, so it’s very convenient. I intended to stay one night but ended up staying two. Above all, the owner family is warm and friendly, and they share local tips in a helpful way. The two children were energetic and adorable, which was very soothing! The place feels so cozy that I’ll definitely stay again.

“Perfect place for a surfers retreat”

This amazing house is ran by the sweetest couple. They have a heart for surfing and hospitality. They help with everything you can ask for. I had the nicest time surfing here and the guest house is perfect with all the right amenities. Super place, will come back when I’m in the area! Thank you Sock and Emi ❤️.
