The price was good. The house is on a strange street, below the road level, and the cleaning is not very good.

The location is good, central to the city. The facilities are quite poor; it’s an old house that looks poorly maintained. There’s no sink in the kitchen, and the tap water outside is extremely cold. The house smells like an animal—maybe a dog or cat. Parking is a ramp, hard to maneuver, so I parked outside. The photos don’t match reality.

Nothing positive. The house sits on an unpaved street, with a sloped garage in the corridor and a gate that doesn’t lock. There’s no sink inside; the external sink is where the yard residents wash clothes and shoes. Two bathrooms exist: one is unusable, the other has a broken toilet seat and is filthy. The house is full of spider webs, showing it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The living room has an extremely old sofa bed with ripped upholstery. Old blankets have fleas. The bedroom has a very old wooden bed, and the ceiling has cracks that leaked during a rain shower when my husband and I took a bath. The kitchen has a table with chairs in a state of decomposition, with upholstery so old it’s fading. The host forced me to pay outside the platform, a “sweetening” tactic. Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, though the listing claimed internet. Lighting in the living room and kitchen is terrible, and the doors are transparent with no curtains, so people in the yard can see us.

I really liked the hosts’ house; they were very friendly, welcoming, and kind. I highly recommend it.

“Excelente opção para uma estadia curta ou a trabalho.”

The spot’s location, the reception, and the care we received were great. The house is quiet and comfy. The downside was that there’s no sink in the kitchen and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
