The staff could be reached easily via WhatsApp and were very friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service most of the time.

The location was great, and the host responded quickly to our concerns and we settled on a satisfactory compromise. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the pictures; the photos were outdated. Water stains, yellow spots on the bathroom walls and a limescale‑covered shower were obvious, and the sink drain was clogged. Cleaning was also lacking.
