The hotel's proximity to the city center was its main selling point, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. They charged me the full amount, gave me a single bed room, and the bathroom was basically a wet mess with an old curtain and a worn-out bed. For a four-star hotel, it felt more like a one-star experience. I think the staff could use some training to match the prices they're charging.

The hotel's cleanliness was a highlight, and the bed service was also top-notch. Plus, it's well-located in the heart of the action. However, there were some major downsides. For one, there's no restaurant on site, and the small size of the hotel makes it feel cramped. The staff at night were also pretty unfriendly, and the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. To top it all off, you have to ask for blankets because they're not provided in the room.

The only thing that saved this hotel was its great location, but that's where the positives end. The service was abysmal, with no hot water and staff that seemed completely uninterested in fixing the problem. I reported the issue to them, but they just shrugged it off. To make matters worse, the sink in my room was leaking water everywhere. It's clear that the hotel needs some serious maintenance and its staff could use some customer service training.
