We love this place! They even fulfilled our specific room request, which made us very happy, and we’ll definitely return whenever we visit Queenstown.

The sauna was great. It was disappointing that the hot tub wasn’t working.

The rooms were lovely, arriving felt really nice. Comfortable, clean, and fully equipped for a great stay. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views across Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, and it was a short walk to town, though there was a bit of a hike uphill back. I enjoyed having a small balcony. The only drawback was that some chalet‑style rooms are accessed via narrow stairs without lift access, so moving luggage up the stairs can be a bit of a hassle. There are downstairs options if that’s an issue, but I didn’t mind it because I was thinking of my older travel companion who didn’t pack as lightly as I did.
