The price was very high for a room on the fourth floor without an elevator; it feels more like a block of flats than a hostel.

“Pésimo y lamentable”

I was charged and then told to request a refund, but it took three days to get my money back and I was left on the street in the meantime; I will never use Booking or this place again.

“Funcional, limpio y ubicación excelente”

Everything was spotless, the furniture was in great condition, and the location was outstanding, but the lack of air conditioning made it hot at night and the evening was unpleasant.

The reception was friendly and the host was very nice; the rooms were well designed and clean, not overly luxurious but fully equipped, and we felt comfortable and will gladly return.
