I was scammed; no one booked us.

There was no apartment. No one answered the phone. Voice messages confirmed this was a scam. Please stop selling this to other people and return any money taken. We had to arrange another place to stay. There was no apartment. No one answered the phone. Voice messages confirmed this was a scam. We couldn't check in; it was horrible. We never managed to stay, were told the accommodation was unavailable or rented, and at the last minute we had to pick another place—service was awful.

It’s a fraud, they bill part of the reservation, cancel a day before the trip and never refund. From the US you get a bank charge and they never return the money for something you never used.
