At breakfast only old whole‑grain bread was available as pastry, no glasses for orange juice, and there were fruit flies swimming in it; the breakfast did not match the photos on the screen at the unoccupied reception.

The cozy historic hotel looks great after renovation, the room is very well equipped and the bathroom is spacious, but the advertised on‑site restaurant still isn’t available.

“Das Wort Gastfreundschaft, ist ein absolutes Fremdwort.”

The only highlight was the breakfast. There was no staff available 24 hours except for an overworked employee clearing the breakfast at 09:00, and after several phone calls to the hotline I received multiple codes that didn’t work and I was then led into an occupied room.
