The staff were friendly, the hotel itself is nice, and it was clean and tidy, with a kids’ room. However, the towel dryer was non‑functional, the taps were broken in both rooms, and the toilets leaked. We had previously stayed at Pallada and even returned there for breakfast because there were no kids’ options; we couldn’t order anything after 12 pm and had to wait until 22 pm to hear music from the restaurant even with the windows closed. The rooms were very small.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, whether transiting to Europe or heading south, and its location is extremely convenient, just along the main route. The room is spacious, with a great view, comfortable beds, a roomy shower stocked with all necessities, a balcony, bathrobes and slippers, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a dresser. The elevator works on the top floor. The hotel’s restaurant is very beautiful and all the food is delicious; breakfasts can be ordered if desired. We were four, so the two‑room apartment was cozy and roomy. The room includes a kettle, glasses, and tea. The fridge didn’t work, which was inconvenient because we were on the road for several days and needed to keep food cold; we were allowed to use the shared fridge at reception. There is no table in the room for eating or working on a laptop, and the bedside tables are low.

The room is great for a family stay, and the downstairs restaurant is good.

This cozy hotel is fantastic; I always stay here and the staff are wonderful—100 % recommend it.

Готель Stella залишив хороше враження. Номер був комфортним, чистим та приємним для перебування. Проте під час проживання виникли певні незручності у ванній кімнаті. Коли вмикаєш душ, з'являється стійкий неприємний запах. Також вода в душі була лише теплою, гарячої води налаштувати не вдалося
