The roof terrace, room 902, and the bathroom were good. Cleanliness was an issue: the cushions on the loungers were heavily soiled, the toilet door wouldn’t close, the flush ran continuously, and coffee was only provided in paper cups in the morning. The organization was a disaster.

Это самое удачное место в котором мне пришлось побывать 1)уборка номера отвратительная ,кружки грязные ,они меняли грязные на грязные ,моему шоку нет придела 2)после их уборки носки настолько черные были ,я их выкинула 3)еда все жирное залитое маслом (не оплачиваете ужин,он омерзителен )уезжала в больницу с болями 4)на ресепшен девушка никак не помогла связаться с клиникой 5)я много где была по миру но это самое максимально странное место и грязное

There was no service as promised. An August stay at this hotel is a no‑go. Staff were tense, probably overworked and unhappy. The air‑conditioning in my kids’ room didn’t work; they changed the room after a two‑hour wait because priority was given to guests checking in at the front desk. It was very frustrating. We arrived three hours later than usual, but the hotel didn’t give us an extra three hours at checkout. Some of the restaurant staff were rude. Parking was inadequate, and you’re expected to solve that yourself when you arrive. This hotel chain’s service and brand identity are not up to par.

El hotel es precioso y el personal muy amable. Destacar el desayuno, fue fantástico. La habitación no estaba muy limpia, había pelos largos por todo el baño que no eran nuestros y el espejo del baño estaba todo manchado sin limpiar
