I stayed at Urban Bomonti Hotel and it was fantastic. The staff, especially Omer and Enes, were incredibly polite, helpful, responsive, and always ready to assist with a great attitude and friendly personalities. Check‑in was smooth and respectful, and I appreciated all their help and hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was unique, delicious, and excellent, offering a great variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Urban Bomonti Hotel to anyone who values excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a comfortable stay while travelling. The room was very dirty. The carpet smelled bad and there was hair everywhere. The worst hotel in all my life; there is fungus inside the bathroom that nobody has touched for 20 years.
