“Buen lugar para descansar”

The room was clean, but it differed from the booking photos and had a bright green emergency light on one wall (not even above the door), which made it extremely uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep (see attached photo). When I asked at reception, they said they were legally required to have these lights. I’m not familiar with that law, but I’ve never stayed in a hotel room where that was mandatory, only in corridors and common areas. The room only had one bath towel for two people. The hotel restaurant was also not very good. We arrived for dinner at 22:15 (the restaurant closes at 22:30) and asked if the kitchen was still serving. They said yes, so we ordered only one octopus with prawns dish. The octopus was overcooked and the prawns tasted like frozen seafood, with half of it left on the plate. We’re not picky with food, but we could have preferred them to say they weren’t serving any more food rather than serve something like that. Otherwise everything was fine, but these experiences left the overall stay disappointing.
