The receptionist was kind and friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming.

The accommodation was very clean and the lady was very pleasant. Valparaiso is dirty and has an unpleasant smell on its streets.

The personalized service is always very attentive to our needs, and Mrs. Gladys and Mr. Eduardo are simply very good people. The hostel’s theme is beautiful, a very quiet place, clean and orderly, showing their dedication. I wish them all the success today and always… Totally recommend.
