The owner was very pleasant and available. The apartment was very large and close to the beach and city centre. The cleaning was terrible – windows, blinds and curtains were very dirty, as were the fan blades and air‑conditioner filters (we had to clean them). The living‑room sliding door was broken and made it hard to get to the balcony to hang towels. The kitchen was well equipped but very dirty. I understand that if it’s a student flat during the year, it needs a thorough clean after the students leave before it can be rented in the summer.

The apartment was spacious and the furniture was of good quality.

It is the cheapest option and the closest to the beach, meeting every requirement for a comfortable vacation.
