“Lovely peaceful”

I loved the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish I’d stayed longer.

“It’s a nice hotel I was just unlucky I suppose”

The hotel is nice, the staff are helpful, and the bar area is good. My room turned out to be a disabled room that smelled of smoke, the air‑con didn’t work, and the bathroom had a wee smell. I reported this in the morning after checking in late, and reception just said “ok sorry.”

“10/10 would stay again, highly recommend”

The area is only 20 minutes to the station and 15 to the OVO, it’s a very quiet spot, the staff were friendly, and breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold options. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but otherwise everything was fine.
