The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel right at home.
The room had a lovely view of the harbour, and we could park our car for free at the back.
The modern decor and spotless cleanliness make it feel like a brand new place every time you step in.
The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the harbour and the Lauwersmeer just a stone's throw away.

“Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!”
Excellent facilities, very clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast, free drinks (coffee/tea).
“Mooi hotel”
The hotel served as a solid base for a trip to Schiermonnikoog, but there was nothing to do in the evenings and the nearby restaurants were a real letdown. The hotel can’t fix that, but you’ll have to drive far for decent food.

Fantastic place. With a lot of attention to detail and comfort. The living room is super. And the windows that can open wide and then give a beautiful view of the harbor and mudflats, is unique.
A brand‑new hotel, spotless and the staff were welcoming, but there’s no green space—just a carpark right up to the harbour. A cozier outdoor spot with wild grasses and seating to soak in the view would be a nice touch.

The location is perfect for walking the mudflats, the building is beautiful, impeccably clean, and everything is tidy. Breakfast was lovely and the people were friendly—highly recommended! The only thing that could improve it would be a larger shower head; a rain shower would finish it off.
