The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, the pool was large with plenty of hammocks, breakfast was spectacular and abundant—undoubtedly the best of the three meals. The staff were friendly. The alcoholic drinks left something to be desired, like the wine or the cocktails.

We thank Habibi (reception) for the warm welcome. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and the pool is great. The buffet was repetitive with no variety, and the evening bar staff (inside) were not at all friendly. The room was poorly positioned and too noisy.

The staff are friendly, the location is better than all the others, the private beach is just two steps away, the activities and the pool are clean—everything was perfect. The bed was very uncomfortable (twin bed).

The hotel’s location, large pool, and attached beach are really nice and clean. The staff were always helpful, but you get better service if you tip. The buffet selection was wide, with something for everyone, and occasionally special dishes like paella, shawarma, fried mussels, shrimp, and a chocolate fountain appeared. The rooms feel worn out and desperately need a modern renovation. There’s a slightly musty smell in the rooms and the air‑conditioning is loud. The rooms are noisy, and the stage program runs until just before midnight, making it very loud in the rooms.

A beautiful and large all‑inclusive hotel with plenty of organized activities during the day. A nice pool and a private beach. The buffets for meals are also very well supplied and of good quality for an hotel buffet. The staff are accommodating and pleasant.
