The view is stunning, and the room and bathroom were tidy and good. The directions were clear, so finding the place was very easy. The coffee machine didn’t work, and it was a bit scary to stay on the balcony because the railings seemed a little low for that height.

The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. The balcony view was amazing. The kitchenette was removed and this wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

The balcony offered a great view of the city, and the location was spot on. However, one of the doors remained locked with a key and we couldn’t exit in the morning because no key was provided; we had to ask the neighbour next door to open it since we were about to catch a train. By the next day, the issue was fixed and the door was unlocked when we checked out.

The location and service via WhatsApp were good, and the view from the 16th floor was gorgeous. There was no toilet paper or gloves, but I received them the next day.

The streets were scary and when I arrived nobody was there to open the door; we waited more than half an hour and got nothing, so I had to leave for Capri. It feels like a scam and no one contacted me, plus the streets outside the accommodation are awful.
