This place was a total letdown - it's way out of town and not even worth the drive. The rooms were infested with lizards and frogs, and when we complained, the staff seemed completely unbothered. The furniture and woodwork were old and creaky, and the breakfast was a sad, unvaried spread. To top it off, there were stray dogs and monkeys roaming around the resort, and the evening tea was basically undrinkable.

I visited this property twice, and it's clear they've made some big improvements. The location is stunning - it's like staying in a jungle, surrounded by beautiful gardens. That being said, I did have some issues with the food and hospitality on my first visit, but it's clear they're working on it.

The room was really well done, with elegant and comfy furnishings - you could tell they'd put a lot of thought into it. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly, and the food was top-notch, with loads of variety to choose from. Plus, the views of the surrounding area were just stunning. Overall, it was a really memorable stay.
