The location was excellent, and the property was welcoming and clean.

The location was good. When we arrived, we sent a photo showing a stain or substance on the floor that looked unhygienic and asked someone to clean it. We were told that nobody was available in the area. It’s unacceptable that a property has no staff on hand when needed.
