The location was good and the staff was very friendly, plus they let us in early for our wedding. However, there was a lot of disorganization: the floor staff didn’t do their job properly, and in our room we were only given one shower towel for two guests, so we had to ask for more. When we tried to make the beds, we found no fitted sheets—just flat sheets, one bed had a comforter and the other just a thin quilt—so we had to request additional bedding. The service was pricey for what was offered. The rooms were noisy, with constant sound from neighboring rooms and bathrooms, showing a lack of soundproofing. On top of that, an outdoor nightclub next door was in full swing, making it impossible to rest.

La ubicación,es un sitio tranquilo, tiene un bonito patio y es agradable. La gerente muy poco profesional,nos exigió un extra por ponernos en una habitación que no habíamos pedido y como no aceptamos no nos hizo la limpieza durante tres días,cama sin hacer, baño sin limpiar,papelera a rebosar,sin toallas de lavabo,si gel ,un despropósito,una pena porque el sitio nos pareció bonito

“Décevant”

The place is pleasant. It’s next to a kindergarten, which means it gets very noisy from eight to nine in the morning when classes start. The windows are not double‑glazed.

It’s a charming, rustic, quiet spot and we felt very comfortable. I have no complaints.
