The amenities were sufficient for the price. The street was very busy, there was late‑night noise beyond midnight, a couple of homeless men loitering, and heavy walking by the second‑floor room above me.

I needed a place to stay near Matthew Knight Arena for one night, and this was perfect. The neighbourhood seemed a little sketchy but in the end felt completely safe.
