I didn’t end up staying. There were no curtains in either bedroom, the lounge, or the bathroom. The large windows and patio doors had tinted glass but still let anyone outside see in, so privacy was non‑existent.

The setup is fantastic. The Stables conversion is executed superbly, with meticulous attention to detail and a wonderful atmosphere. The art‑deco touch is a nice addition, and there’s even a high‑end stereo system with a great CD selection. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The place is very clean and tidy, and the heating—both fan and gas—keeps it cozy. The location suited our needs perfectly. The host was friendly, and the hens added a charming touch. We loved our stay.

I was blown away by everything—scenery, natural beauty, aesthetics, furnishings, the company, and the pâté, which was the best.

The location is excellent. The facilities are a bit different than expected but still good and original. Nothing else.

Sehr große Ferienwohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer Syd hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns auf ein Wein in sein Haus eingeladen. Liegt einsam auf ein Berg mit wundervollen Ausblick. Nur wenige km vom Hobbit Movie Center entfernt
