The staff responded quickly to our questions, the room was clean, and the location just outside the outlet city center meant no disturbances; it’s only 500 m from the highways, but there was no air conditioning in the room.

Staying at this hotel in Metzingen was great thanks to its prime shopping location, the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness, and the spacious rooms that had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety that left no desire unmet, and parking—both outdoor and in the garage—was reasonably priced. I’d gladly book here again any time. I really can’t think of a single thing that bothered me.

“A real home away from home.”

We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and Bec offered useful tips and brewed a lovely cup of tea after our long trip. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and modern, and the air‑conditioning was a real relief. The quiet setting made for a great night’s sleep, and the restaurant served excellent regional specials that were well chosen and perfectly prepared. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. We just didn’t stay long enough.
