The hotel matched its star rating and the staff were very friendly; we booked it for a short 6‑hour stay because we needed a room to shower and have lunch, and it served that purpose.

I haven’t tried breakfast yet, but the location is convenient.

The facilities were okay, but the old air‑conditioner was poor, so I switched rooms three times for that reason; the front desk and service staff handled problems well, except for Nam who worked the night shift and behaved inappropriately toward guests, blaming us for complaints about the air‑conditioner; other amenities were fine.
