“Safe nice location but too hot and no air conditioning for the price of the hotel is not good enough, I lost lots of sle”

I liked the location, yet the air‑con was broken. I rang reception at 10 pm and they promised to fix it but never came. At 1 am I called again because I couldn’t sleep in the 25 °C room; they said the unit was switched to cool mode but it did nothing. I had to sleep with the window half open, so airflow was poor, giving me a 6.0/10.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the elevators were broken—a long‑term issue that I wasn’t told about when I booked, so I’d rate it 1.0/10.

“Overpriced with so many things missing in the rooms”

The gym was amazing and the staff were nice, but there was no fridge or slippers, and the price was too high, so I’d give it a 1.0/10.

“Worst night sleep ever.”

Good location, friendly staff, well equipped room and gym. The aircon didn’t work and my room was absolutely boiling. The guy said he had fixed it and to expect it to kick in shortly but it definitely didn’t work because I woke up at 4am absolutely boiling as the room was sweltering. There was also a very badly positioned emergency light shining directly at the bed. This meant overall I got very little sleep. I asked the hotel for a partial refund and they said they couldn’t offer this as I could’ve gone to ask a second time for the aircon to be fixed - even if I had it wouldn’t have solved the issue of me waking up sweltering and unable to get back to sleep so late into the night. Other hotels also make it clear rooms are windowless and this one didn’t yet lacked a window
