I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's facilities and the staff's attentiveness - everything was perfect. The amenities were top-notch, and the team's friendly demeanor made my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The room was in a deplorable state, with a non-functional toilet, low water pressure, and visible water damage. The private pool was cloudy and unusable, and the bed linen had rust stains. To make matters worse, we were assigned the wrong room and didn't receive the category we booked. For 80 euros per night, even at a discounted rate, this felt like a rip-off.

The hotel's location was absolutely wonderful - it was a great spot to base myself. I loved being in such a convenient spot, and it made exploring a breeze. The hotel's position was definitely one of its strongest assets.
