Very disappointing experience and definitely not a hotel I would recommend. Unfortunately, the hotel was far below expectations. The cleanliness, room condition, and overall service were extremely poor. The staff were not helpful, and the problems I faced during my stay were not handled properly despite bringing them to the hotel’s attention. For the price I paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I expected a much better standard of service and accommodation. I would not stay at this hotel again, and I strongly recommend considering other options before booking.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean. The pools and beach are very nice. Nothing else.
