I booked the hotel to attend a live event, and the front desk let me into my room 30 minutes early because it was ready at 15:00, which gave me extra time. The fridge door was positioned deep inside the unit and was hard to open.

The staff were friendly and left a good impression, and they helped me with my luggage, for which I’m grateful. The air‑conditioner remote was faulty—maybe it was the battery.

The room was clean, spacious and looked lovely, yet the toilet was far too small, probably because they tried to keep the overall room size generous.

Right in front of the station and close to Mandom City, so finding food was never a problem.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, and even the housekeeper I met by the elevators greeted me warmly, which lifted my mood, but the slippers blended with the floor colour and were hard to use.
