It wasn’t good value for money. The room was very small and only had basic facilities and amenities.

“HORRENDOUS STAY”

There was nothing positive. The staff were arrogant, especially the Duty Manager who overcharged me—or I’d say looted me—in the name of early check‑in, even though I had an email from the property saying early check‑in was free. It was a terrible experience. All of them are thieves. I had to post their photos and videos on social media to show how they looted and harassed me, even after I showed them my confirmation for early check‑in.

“I stumbled upon a place that offers unbeatable value without sacrificing an ounce of quality.”

I liked almost everything about the place, especially how well‑trained the staff were—they helped us a lot and were ready to meet our needs, including 24/7 meals. I hardly found anything unsatisfactory, though it would have been nice to have a scale for the rooms and new towels in the bathrooms, plus enough accessories for two in the double room.
