The resort was very accessible near the tourist places and temples, and the food was great. We tried a lot of dishes and everything was good, especially the coconut pudding that was mad with coconuts grown within the premises. A few of the utilities needed maintenance, like the bathroom lock and bathroom fixtures.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel surrounded by lush greenery, about 7 kilometers from Karaikal. While it's still under construction, the hotel's restaurant served decent food, and the standard rooms were quite comfortable. The large pool was a great bonus, and the hotel's location made it an ideal stopover between Pondichéry and Tanjore for those interested in visiting the old Danish colonial outpost of Tranquebar.
