The staff were friendly and spoke good English, the hotel was very clean and situated right next to the ferry and tram stops. The only downside was a steep slope to reach the building, but it’s only a few meters, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I was absolutely disappointed – the service was terrible and maintenance was nonexistent. I kept asking the front desk to fix several problems in my room, but nothing ever got done. I documented everything and even sent it through the hotel’s WhatsApp, yet I got no real help. Every time I reached out, they promised someone would come, but no one ever showed up. I would leave the room for a day and come back to find nothing had changed. When I followed up, staff admitted I was right and apologized, but made no effort to fix the issues. Throughout my stay I dealt with weak shower water pressure, a broken refrigerator, an iron that wouldn’t heat, no room cleaning, sheets and pillowcases never changed, and no slippers were provided. Overall, a very disappointing experience with terrible service and no attempt to accommodate guests. I would not recommend staying here.

I’m staying here for the second time. The staff are polite and responsive, quickly solving any issues that arise, and importantly, they speak excellent English. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The breakfasts are tasty and varied. The location is great – the tram stop, Marmaray station, and ferry pier are all within walking distance. The hotel itself sits on a quiet street. I highly recommend staying here!

“Great breakfast and location, and comfortable hotel to stay”

The hotel sits in the center and is easy to reach from the main tourist spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, with fresh cheese, bread, and fruit. The only drawback was the steep hill leading to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient for heavy luggage, and the access road is often blocked by cars.
