“Awful, unclean, bedbugs, and unhelpful staff.”

I have never stayed at a hotel so awful; it was the worst experience ever. The place was extremely unclean, with bedbugs everywhere, and the staff were the most unhelpful and inconsiderate I've met. The rooms smelled bad, were filthy, and even the replacement room was dirty. I understand it’s a budget property, but this level of hygiene is shocking. The staff seemed to always defer to some manager or department that never answered, making the situation worse. I would never book swing & pillows again.

“A very comfortable hotel for your family”

Nasreen welcomed us warmly and did a great job hosting; the hotel itself is solid, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside was the slightly busy road outside, but it didn't bother me much.

La personne à l'accueil était très gentil. Il y avait 2 personnes une qui travaille de nuit et l'autre qui travaille de jour. On a pas eu l'occasion de discuter avec celle qui travaillait de nuit mais celle qui travaillait du jour était vraiment sympathique. Il y avait un gros cafard sur le lit. Pour un établissement de ce type là c'est inacceptable
